1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using RentGo Ghana, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering legally binding contracts under the laws of Ghana.

3. Listings

Landlords and agents are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. RentGo reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our standards.

4. Payments

Payments processed through RentGo are handled by Paystack. RentGo is not a party to the tenancy agreement between tenant and landlord.

5. Prohibited conduct

Fraudulent listings, impersonation, harassment, and any unlawful activity are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

6. Limitation of liability

RentGo provides the platform as-is. We do not guarantee the suitability of any specific tenancy and are not liable for losses arising from agreements between users.
